We are looking forward to our annual Patient Appreciation Night at Splash in the Boro with our patient families on Wednesday, July 13! We have rented out the park that evening and we hope that you will be able to join us!
We have a limited number of tickets available.
Please note that in order to be eligible for tickets, all patients must (1) be current patients as of 5/1/2022, (2) be up to date on all health checks and immunizations and (3) not have any outstanding patient balances.
In addition to tickets for current patients, we will be giving each family 2 additional tickets for parents/caregivers to attend. Families will receive their tickets upon verification of patient status.
Please note that you must have an adult present with your child at the party. You can not drop your child off unsupervised.
