As we begin this new year, we would like to remind you to call our office with any insurance plan changes that you may have. If your insurance has changed or you have added or dropped a secondary policy, please call and update that information with us. In addition, most deductible plans start over on January 1st of each year. This means that you will be responsible for any deductible amounts upon check-in prior to your visit. Please come prepared to pay towards your deductible for any sick visits (most well visits are covered by insurance regardless of deductibles).
