New Balance Payment Option for Patients

Introducing an easier way to pay your patient balance

Many of you have opted to securely store your credit card during registration through Phreesia. Previously, we have not automatically charged any remaining balances to your card but have simply stored it as a convenience for you. By consenting to storing your card, you have also agreed to have your balance automatically charged to your credit card as stated in the consent (click to see sample). Effective as of now, we will begin charging remaining balances to your stored card.

How will this work? If you have previously consented to store your card, there is nothing else that you need to do. If you have not, you will need to consent to storing your card. You will then enter your credit card information. After we hear back from your insurance, you will receive an email or text message from us advising you of the total balance due. You will have the option to call us to make any changes to your scheduled payment. If you do not have a card on file, you will receive an email or text stating your balance and there will be a link to automatically pay your bill from the email.
